How successful high achievers ditch the Imposter Syndrome and overthinking so they can lead decisively and effectively.

Is this you?

You have achieved great success in your career, but still constantly question yourself and fear being "exposed" as unqualified or inadequate.

You are great at managing home and work responsibilities, but inside you feel out of balance and a lot of pressure.

You've grown a lot in your career and want to make better, faster decisions and stop quietly second-guessing yourself. Yes, even those decisions that affect others.

While you have had a lot of success, you often downplay new achievements and tell yourself you were just lucky.

You are ready to own your badassery, and stop the inner voice that says you are not good enough because deep down you know you are.

WHAT COULD YOU DO IF YOU WERE UNCHAINED?

WHAT COULD YOU DO IF YOU WERE UNCHAINED?

You are successful and have achieved great things.
Still, there's a nagging feeling of inadequacy.
No matter the accolades, there's always someone seemingly better.
And that constant comparison?
It's not just exhausting; it's a source of ongoing stress.
So, you seek validation from others, hoping that external applause will silence the inner critic.

That's what I call Chained Confidence.
When you only feel confident when you are being recognized by others,
Not really understanding that confidence can only come from within.
And the more you are chained in your confidence,
The less visible you become.
And it's not because you're not worthy of it,
Or that you are not good at it ...
It's because you are telling yourself that you aren't good enough.

Chained Confidence it's not just eroding your self-belief ...
It's affecting your relationships, your health, and your peace of mind.

Perhaps you've tried to calm the storm within,
Thinking some meditation, mindfulness or even a vacation could be the fix.
And while they have their place, they aren't the sole solutions.

It's not about quieting the noise; it's about changing the narrative.

True success?
It's not just about achievements.
It's about how you feel internally.
It's about trusting yourself in a world that's uncertain and challenging.
It's letting go of the Imposter Syndrome and not looking back.
That is what I call Unchained Confidence.

Unchained Confidence is owning your badassery.
Recognizing your achievements and stopping the comparison game.
You define what kind of leader you want to be,
And you start showing up more and more like that person.

You are confident no matter what,
You are proud of what you are doing,
And making decisions that you are sure of ... not second-guessing them.

You let go of overthinking,
And realize:
"Hey, I do know what I am doing and I've got this. No matter what."

So, if you're ready to:

Stop the self-doubt cycle.
Lead decisively and effectively.
Embrace challenges with unwavering self-belief.

Then it's time to unlock that confidence, trust in your abilities, and show up powerfully in every aspect of your life.

HI, I’M CRISTINA.

I’m a Wall Street and Silicon Valley business woman turned award winning coach and best selling author. My confidence programs have empowered over ten thousand individuals from children to CEOs across the world.

My whole life, if you saw me from the outside, I looked like a success. But the truth is that inside, I always questioned if I was a fraud.

If you looked at the definition of imposter syndrome, you might as well have seen a picture of me right next to it. And if you research “fixed mindset” … you’d find me there too.

In fact, all that insecurity led me to be a suicidal addict in my early 30s.

While I've been sober for over 20 years, I still had that imposter feeling.

I realized that if I wanted to grow and do the things I wanted to do, I needed a reframe.

I slowly conquered my inner critic telling me I wasn't good enough and began showing up differently to my life.

I feel fear. But I do “it” anyways.

Whether “it” is racing an Ironman triathlon, starting a business, writing a book, or starting over after becoming a widow quite suddenly.

I do "it" because I’ve learned how to harness my internal confidence.

One that is not dependent on outside results, accolades, or approval.

It’s a process that moves you to being fierce,

And I have made it my mission to teach others to harness that internal confidence too.

Your outside story might be different than mine, but I know how you feel and I am here to tell you that it doesn't have to be that way.

Inside each one of us is the opportunity to solve some of humanity’s most pressing issues. But we’ll never know if we don’t confidently show up to the challenges.

Ready to harness your internal confidence?

Let’s go. It’s Power time.

hERE'S THE THING

Without even realizing it, chained confidence is affecting every single area of your life.

Because you don't show up boldly at work, you don't lead with authenticity, and that might cost you a promotion.

You bring that stress home.
It affects your relationships, your family, and even your health!

The solution is not mindfulness, exercise, and a better diet.

Yes, these are all great things but ...

The solution is to unchain yourself.

There is a process to uncover your strengths, the things that make you powerful, and you'll be able to finally recognize that you have everything within you.

You can build all the success you want, and not need external validation.

You only need your own validation which comes from showing up fearlessly and authentically.

We have worked with thousands of people over the years to help them redefine what’s possible in their lives.

These people have learned to face challenges with confidence and create a life they love.

And now you can too.
